Ordering & Shipping Process
What happens when you purchase Nolans Road products by Mail Order
1. Once you place your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. This email will include details of how to pay by cheque or direct deposit. If the email hasn’t arrived in 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk email folder. If it’s not there, please contact us.
2. If you’re paying by direct deposit, please put your surname and first initial on the instructions. For example, “Dee Nolan” would be “noland”.
3. If you’re paying by cheque, please write your name and delivery address on the back of the cheque.
4. When the payment is cleared, we will email you an invoice showing that you’ve paid, together with confirmation that the order is about to be dispatched.
5. All Nolans Road Gift Box orders are dispatched within three days of receiving cleared payment.
