Limited Release
premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Widely acclaimed by chefs and food writers both in Australia and the UK, this award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil is from a single-estate olive grove at Hynam, near Naracoorte, in South Australia's Limestone Coast. It is unfiltered oil from varieties, which were chosen, both for their characteristic grassy, green, peppery flavors and for their suitability to the local terroir. These traditional Italian varieties - frantoio, lecchino, pendolino and FS17 - are carefully blended for Limited Release, resulting in an oil of medium intensity.

Nolans Reserve
premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Nolans Road's Dee Nolan works with a long-established organic grower to produce this delicately flavored and versatile Nolans Reserve. The olives are handpicked from 60-year-old trees on a single estate and are primarily of the verdale variety, which is prized for the mellow oil with sweet fruit flavors that it produces. It is bottled unfiltered. Nolans Reserve is ideal when a gentler olive oil is preferred.

Nolans Road Kabuli Chickpeas

The large kabuli variety of chickpea is known for its wonderful nutty, creamy flavor. They are grown organically near Naracoorte in South Australia using natural farming methods where the emphasis is on providing fertile nutrient-rich, healthy soils ideal for the production of pulses. They should be soaked before cooking and hold their shape well when left to cool in the cooking water.

Nolans Road Matilda Lentils

Known variously as green or brown lentils, this Matilda variety of lentils is grown organically near Naracoorte in South Australia in fertile, nutrient-rich healthy soils particularly suited to the production of leguminous plants. They do not need soaking. Simply rinse in cold water and boil gently for 15-20 minutes.

NOTE: little stones or grit are sometimes found in packets of chickpeas and lentils so it is important to check for them before cooking.
