Widely acclaimed by chefs and food writers both in Australia and the UK, this organic extra virgin olive oil is from a single-estate olive grove at Hynam, near Naracoorte, in South Australia’s Limestone Coast.
It is unfiltered oil from varieties, which were chosen, both for their characteristic grassy, green, peppery flavors and for their suitability to the local terroir.
These traditional Italian varieties – frantoio, lecchino, pendolino and FS17 — are carefully blended for Nolans Road Robust, resulting in an oil of medium intensity.
