Nolans Road - CateringNolans Road pulses are available for restaurants and catering in our 1kg packs. We use a larger version of the same, simple paper bags we package our pulses in for retail. They are easy to store, to re-seal and, ultimately, to recycle.

Chefs know that for the best results, they need to use pulses as close to their harvest date as possible. Our pulses are all grown in South Australia and so the chain from paddock to kitchen is as short as it can be which is why we are seeing huge growth in the demand for Nolans Road lentils and chickpeas from Sydney and Melbourne restaurants.

Closer to our farm, at a Coonawarra winery restaurant — Upstairs at Hollick– Chef Tim Foster also serves Nolans Road Lentils, together with two other sensational regional ingredients, grass-fed lamb and cabernet jus. Looking out over the vineyards, Upstairs at Hollick is a favourite local spot to eat.
